My husband and I had only been to Charleston a handful of times before we decided to purchase a home, so she had her work cut out for her. Ruthie handled everything and our house was under contract in 36 hours from the time it went live as an active listing. We were so happy with Ruthie every step of the way and we are so grateful to her for all her hard work to get our home sold fast and with an offer we were so pleased with.
